Amazing from start to finish — where do I even begin? From our very first meeting to the completed kitchen, the whole experience has been completely faultless. We initially met with Paul and Ben, who were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the design process. They instantly understood our vision, and it was clear from the start how passionate they are about what they do. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but they guided us with thoughtful suggestions and creative input that truly brought our dream kitchen to life. The entire design stage was enjoyable, stress-free, and exciting. The installation team were equally professional and a pleasure to have in our home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and both Daz and Bryn did a fantastic job. The quality of the fitting and attention to detail is second to none — we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a new kitchen. From design to installation, the service, craftsmanship, and care have been outstanding. Little Kitchen Factory offers a professional design service and were extremely helpful in guiding us through the whole process and answering all our questions. How do I find the words to express what an incredible job The Little Kitchen Factory did in designing and fitting our lovely new kitchen? Seamless, slick, hard working, caring and solutions-focused pretty much sums them up!! They really understood how emotional this purchase was and went above and beyond to give us a first class customer experience. From John who took great care over our design - listening to our needs and guiding us with his expertise and knowledge. To Paul picking up the baton and spending time to ensure that all the tiny details of the project had been thought through. To the very hard working fitters who delivered to a very high standard - even in a 400 year old house with no straight walls! The project was expertly managed from start to finish. We chose The Little Kitchen Factory because we were impressed with our first visit to the showroom and the obvious pride John felt about the company. John was very knowledgeable about all the products and was happy to take time to discuss all options and answer any questions without any pressure. We knew The Little Kitchen Factory wouldn't be the cheapest but we felt it was worth spending that bit more to get a quality kitchen and utility room. John came to our home to measure up and come up with a design which was everything we had asked for and more. The care and attention he put into the planning stage was very much appreciated. Paul came a few weeks before work was due to start to double check everything and go through the finer details with us. He was meticulous and checked everything to ensure it was accurate. Paul, like John, was happy to answer any questions and we knew we were in excellent hands. Our fitters, Darren and Bryn, cut no corners with their workmanship. They worked hard and everything was done to an extremely high standard. They too are an asset to the business.
